New Camera

I got a new camera this week.  I bought the Canon Rebel XTi.  It’s been on the market a couple of years, and its successor, the Rebel XSi recently appeared.  I didn’t want to spend all the money on the XSi, plus I need to learn how to use a DSLR.  If you’re looking for good photography tips I recommend going to Digital Photography School.  I really like this site.

Frozen iPod

I have 3 iPods.  Yes, three.  I have a mini, a 2nd generation nano (green), and a 5G 30GB video iPod.  I love all of them.  I have lots of videos on my video iPod.  I downloaded lots of tv shows last year just because I thought it was cool.  It was.  Really.

One day my video iPod wouldn’t boot up.  That was not a good feeling.  However, a quick Google search took me to a place on how to Restart a Frozen iPod.  Maybe it will help you as well.  Reading this little site did the trick for me.

New Cell Phone

Ok. I know it’s been around for a few months, but I recently bought a new cell phone. I’d had my old one for over 2 years, and the battery gave up the ghost. I would’ve bought one sooner, but I just couldn’t decide what I wanted to get. I finally settled on the LG VX8600. It plays mp3 ringtones, but you just gotta figure out how to get them to the phone! It also has a microSD card, and boy is it tiny, but it’ll hold 512 MB of storage! It’s the flip phone version of the Chocolate, which I didn’t like. I’ve always like flip phones because they are easier to hold.

Hooray for the Flash Drive!

I haven’t posted in so long I almost forgot my password!

Shiny Shiny has an intriguing article about an unusual use (IMHO) for flash drives with the new Vista operating system.
