Need an eBook? This site has free audio downloads of classic books. You can even download the text of the book and store it on your iPod in notebook form so you can read the text as the audio is playing.

I have 3 iPods. Yes, three. I have a mini, a 2nd generation nano (green), and a 5G 30GB video iPod. I love all of them. I have lots of videos on my video iPod. I downloaded lots of tv shows last year just because I thought it was cool. It was. Really.
One day my video iPod wouldn’t boot up. That was not a good feeling. However, a quick Google search took me to a place on how to Restart a Frozen iPod. Maybe it will help you as well. Reading this little site did the trick for me.

I’ve been looking for some online meeting software, and I’ve discovered a couple that are worth a look. Of course, I’m referring to the free kind. So far I’ve found WebHuddle and Vyew. They both look pretty promising, and I tried out WebHuddle today and it seemed to work ok. See what you think about them.
Why do I need online meeting software? Well, my day gets pretty hectic, and all the traveling around I have to do at times gets a little old–particularly with the price of gas as it is. Oh, I can get reimbursed for mileage so that’s not a problem. I guess one of the main reasons I need it is to just play around with it so other folks can see how it works, and they might like to use it some as well.
Any thoughts?

OK. What’s Classroom 2.0 you ask? It’s a site where teachers can go and get ideas for incorporating Web 2.0 in their classrooms. That’s nice, but what is Web 2.0? Well, the best way I can describe Web 2.0 is it’s basically a way of life. Seriously though, web 2.0 contains much more web-based dynamic content than the boring old static pages of 1.0. Everywhere you can imagine there is a Web 2.0 site on the Internet. Usually the site is in beta and has some time before it’s a fully functioning web application as the developers intend. Want to know more? Just Google Web 2.0 and sit back and watch the show!

Found this cute little tool you could use for recording voices for a story. Just trace the outline of the mouth in the picture and the mouth will move with the recording of your voice! Cool!
Blabberize
Be careful if you send kids to the Blabberize page. You never know what you might see there or what has been typed in as a caption. However, this is a cute little tool to make things interesting. I can see it particularly useful for storytelling.
